This is an ideal for those who love nature and just want to escape to the peace and quiet of rural Normandy.

However if you tire of the peace the floral coast with vibrant towns of Deauville/Trouville and fishing ports of Villiers sur Mer and Cabourg are just 45 mins away. Closer to the property are the historic towns of Liverot (famous for its cheese made from the milk of the Normande cows which are symbolic of this region), Liseux and Vimoutiers.

The house itself comprises on the ground floor :- Large living space (lounge/diner)  with granite fireplace and quarry tiled floor. To the left is the kitchen to the rear of which is a WC.

The first floor comprises of a bedroom with office and a recently installed shower room.

The first floor, whilst it could divide to give a second bedroom / single childs room it would be tight and perhaps better to hae a sofa bed downstairs if additional sleeping accommodation is required.
