The property is about one hour from the channel ferry port of Caen Ouistreham, about 1h30 from Cherbourg and about 1h14 from St Malo – good choice of ports for easy access. Also there is a train station at Villedieu les Poeles – direct trains to Paris a big plus. In addition the port of Granville is about 40 minutes away (port for access to Jersey and Guernsey)
Overall – nice house in Normandy near Villedieu….has alot going for it and worth a look.
