Brief Description - Detached Country Cottage in Normandy

This is a detached country cottage in a nice setting which has been a little neglected as a direct result of Covid with the owners not being able to come over. Whilst some TLC is needed – nothing massive to be perfectly honest. Essentially you have a nice detached two bedroomed cottage…in the countryside only a few kilometres from the bustling small town of Sourdeval in La Manche. One strong point in its favour is the fact it has a new “toutes eaux” fosse system. Good value this one – worth a look.
