  Boarding the boat from the front onto the main deck, there is a 35 m² terrace capable of seating 20 people at tables wishing to eat. 

  From here you enter a huge living area/restaurant hall of 80 m² with bar and 2 WC’s , this area is capable of providing for 60 covers. 

  Behind the bar is a fully equipped professional kitchen and beyond that a service/laundry room with industrial washing machines and towel and linen storage 

  Beyond the service area is a private former mariner’s apartment of 35 m² with living/sleeping area, corner kitchen, shower room and WC. This part of the boat has been left untouched in its original state and is therefore in need of renovation but could easily be transformed into a guardians or managers accommodation. Finally on this deck at the front of the boat is a small mariner’s cabin.   

From the lounge/restaurant stairs descend to the lower deck where there are 7/8 bedrooms/cabins each with shower and WC ( the larger with separate WC) 

  Four of the cabins are equipped with air conditioning and the others have fans. The rooms are either doubles or twin bedroom. 

  There is also a spa on the lower deck and a massage table. This room could equally accomodate 2 or 3 people. 

  Finally at the rear of the boat is the boiler room and water treatment plant which processors the used water and engine room. 

 There is in addition an upper deck accessed from a stairway leading off from a corridor at the side of the bar where there is also a security access off the boat from the main deck. 

  The upper deck comprises of 2 terraces the larger of the 2 is 65 m² which provides an ideal sundeck/bar/restaurant, the 2nd terrace of 35 m² is directly above the apartment and could be linked to the apartment below to provide extended accommodation which could be enclosed. The 2 terraces are separated by the wheel-house
