The property is situated near the village of St Denis le Gast in the department of La Manche in Lower Normandy. The village of St Denis is closeby and Gavray is only a few kilometres away with a good range of shops and amenities. Being about 20 minutes from the coast the property is in an ideal location.

The layout of the property is as follows. On the ground floor you have a large living room with an open fireplace and has stairs leading to the first floor. Off the living room you have a combined kitchen – diner with the kitchen to your right and the diner to the left. Off this is the “pièce à vivre” which is over 50m2 and has a “quirky” and comfortable feel to it – also benefits from a woodburning stove. 

On the first floor you have a bathroom and shower room both with WC and hand basin. There are four large bedrooms and a good sized landing.

Heating is by gas in addition to the woodburning stove and open fire.

Set in grounds of 3500m2 there s a substantial detached outbuilding. Currently used mainly for storage but this is has potential too.
