Brief description of the lovely village house

The property is situated in a small village about 12 kilometres from the large town of Vire in the department of Calvados in Basse Normandie. The village is lucky in having a bar resturant general store – ideal to help integrate into the local Normandy culture – and no need to drive home after a drink or a meal.

The house itself has been maintained and renovated to a high standard by its present owners who have lived locally for several years.

The large town of Vire is only a few kilometres away with good range of shops and amenities and mainline train station.
